Best place to eat in Vail!.
The Market place is just one of the best restaurants in Vail.
1) Their food is awesome. I specially recommend their pizzas and Colorado Minors. They have real good ingredients and they manage to combine them in a perfect way.
2) Their customer service is great! They were very kind and helpful. Always with a smile.
3) Their location is super convenient. They are located near Transportation Center and near Vista Bahn. Excellent.
Bon apettite!! I fully recommend this place.
Something for everyone!. One of my favorite stops while in Vail is the Marketplace on Meadow Drive. From breakfast to dinner, they always have something yummy for my whole family. Delicious coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches. My kids LOVE the oatmeal! A perfect pizza for everyone's tastes....kids basics and fun choice for the adults. Vino! By the glass, to purchase, full bar, etc. To go salads and meals, little market of fresh items...really something for everyone. Not to mention, authentic gelato and homemade crepes. Check it out!!
Love this place!. The Marketplace is one of the neatest escapes I found in Vail. While visiting from AZ I must have stopped in almost every time I walked by the building. The atmosphere of the whole establishment is really warm and inviting; a good place to grab some breakfast, groceries, or stop for a beer. The building is a bit confusing at first because it has a wine shop, tavern, creperie, grocery store, cafe and bistro, but they are all connected. It fits Vail well because of the fine wines sold and the gourmet groceries it carries. I'd recommend taking a look for yourself!
Disapointing gelato. I recently had some gelato at Marketplace. I’ve had gelato in Italy many times and was looking forward to having some real gelato at Marketplace. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The gelato was oversweet and had no flavor. Plus it was virtually melted. I ordered one scoop. The server charged me for two. Overall, a very bad experience. I wish Bob McNichols, the owner, would learn to make real gelato or stop selling it.
