Disapointing gelato

I recently had some gelato at Marketplace. I’ve had gelato in Italy many times and was looking forward to having some real gelato at Marketplace. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The gelato was oversweet and had no flavor. Plus it was virtually melted. I ordered one scoop. The server charged me for two. Overall, a very bad experience. I wish Bob McNichols, the owner, would learn to make real gelato or stop selling it.
