Located at the Vail Golf Club, this popular activity hub draws both locals and visitors. Customers browse the retail shop for the latest in outdoor wear and Nordic ski gear, then head toward the back to rent or demo cross-country skis, boots and poles. Snowshoes, sleigh rides and mountain sleds are available for rent too. About 10 miles of trails, ranging from perfectly flat to decidedly hilly, fan east and west from the golf course.
