Vacationing couples and families make up the majority of the guests that rent these one-, two- and three-bedroom condos and three-bedroom townhouses. The accommodations sit on 20 acres just minutes from downtown Vail. The decor of each unit is unique and reflects the taste of its owner.

The Details
All units have fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms. They come with TVs, VCRs, linens and towels. They also have decks or patios, and some also have fireplaces and sleeper sofas in the living room. There is a coin-operated laundry on the premises. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the health club, which includes a heated outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, a fitness center, aerobic and yoga classes, and racquetball and squash courts. On-staff massage therapists and personal trainers are also available. Despite the homey, residential feel, pets are not allowed.
