Attidude at Altitude. I realize that the Golden Bear is synonimus with Vail, but living in an expensive community does not predispose the employees at the Golden Bear to have an arrogant additude. It is not acceptable to treat our visitors with the arrogance that a few of my clients have encountered. Please remember we all need to treat the guests with respect and appreciate that they have chosen to visit our beautiful home.
