Worst shopping experience with preminum price. Never shop with them, Never give your personal information!

You will receive no response, no follow up yet will be insulted!!

I ordered a sweater from Gorsuch as a Christmas gift for my husband. I expected to receive good customer service since I paid more for the item as well as shipping. It turned out that I paid premium for terrible customer service. I called their 1800 number when the package did not arrive in time.

A catalog sales person answered the phone. After I asked for her help she started to talk about my job found under my account information and said she will call me back. I started to feel very uncomfortable but did not say anything.

I called the shipping company and they were able to find my package in 24 hours.

The following day the lady called me back, and talked about my job again and said there is nothing she can do within 24 hours to tack the package. I told her she should talk to the shipping company rather than giving an arbitrary time frame. Since she insulted me again I asked for her name. She hung up on me. I do not understand 1) why the sales person talks about my job that has nothing to do with my business with Gorsuch? 2) why she does not want to do anything to help a customer? 3) why she hung up on a customer?

I called back and got her name - JOYCE, and talked with her supervisor. She told me that she was going to talk with Joyce, and was going to call me. I never received a call.

Remember! You will never receive the service you deserve from Gorsuch regardless how much you pay. They will never follow up, but will insult you abusing your personal information under your account.
