Relaxed luxury in a prime location--at the base of Vail Mountain and in the heart of Vail Village.. The Scene
One of Vail's original condo-hotels, this property is still considered among the area's finest. The architecture and interiors have a Bavarian feel, with white stucco walls, dark wood staircases and antler-enhanced decor. Out the back door, guests will find the main ski lift. Out the front door is a pedestrian mall loaded with luxury boutiques, restaurants and night life.

The Details
The medium-sized rooms average 300 square-feet and are nicely adorned with mahogany furniture and marble baths. Some also have whirlpool tubs and gas fireplaces. In addition, guests can choose from individually owned one-, two- and three-bedroom condo suites that come with full kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces and balconies with great views of Vail Mountain. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour front desk, room service and concierge. The outdoor heated pool is the place to see and be seen.
