Best Lodging Resource in Vail. I have known the Cuomo Brothers since they opened for business over 20 years ago. I have worked with them in buying properties, managing properties and renting properties that they manage. They are the consumate professionals, and their company has always been attentive and efficient. They have excellent insights into the local market, plus an excellent portfolio of rental properties. I always call them if I am looking to rent a place, whether it is just for myself, or a group. Twice they assisted me in finding lodging for larger groups, one 12 and the other 16. Both times we ended up in excellent units, great locations and reasonable price. I think 9 Vail is an undiscovered gem, Northwoods is the only ski in/ski out Unit I am aware of on the Mountain, and Villa Cortina offers a great location, and excellent value. I strongly recommend checking with Vail Realty, anytime you are planning a trip to the greatest ski mountain in the world.

Texas Townhouse. I go every year to Vail with a group of 7 or 8 girlfriends. For about the last 5 years we have stayed at 9 Vail Rd in a 5 BR 2 story condo that suited us perfectly. Plenty of room and great resturants all around. But we decided to try something different this year and stayed at the Texas Townhouse. Loved it. 4BR, 4BA, private hot tub, and very close to Vail village. We love Vail and love renting from Vail Realty. They are the best!!

9 vail rd. I have stayed at 9 Vail Rd 4 times, I like the value and the friendly staff at the front desk, always very helpful on where to go to try something new. The location is accross form my favorite Italian resturant, La Bottegia, and in the neighborhood of the 4 seasons Hotel. There is great apres ski and dancing in the Sonnealp Hotel on the opposite corner. The Bully Ranch has a great hamburger. The rooms a comfortable and well decorated. I'll be back.

Best place to stay in Vail Village.. We stayed at 9 Vail Road for almost 10 days and it was so nice and cosy.We had a 2 be condo #18 on the lobby level that was spacious, beautifully furnished,fireplace, very comfortable, and in excellent condition.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery, good cookware and utensils. Dishwasher soap and liquid soap are provided and also paper towells, kleenex. Vail Realty also provides 6 bottles of water -such a nice touch.

The location of the complex is so great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, but very quiet.

The prices are very attractive compared with other hotels nearby.

There is internet access available for the condos for free and they also have a computer in the lobby that anybody can use. People at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable, eager to give you theyr best recommendations about Vail.

Parking facilities in the underground garage are convenient and free( some friends had to pay $25 a day to park in Vail Parking). The complex also have waher/dryers, ice machine and a great ski storage with boots warmers and lots of storage for our skis.

The kids absolutely loved the outdoor heated pool and the hot tub, we had so much fun.

Definitely the best place we've stayed in and for sure will be back in this location!!!

Going to Vail Country? Use Vail Realty!!!!!. Being a ski buff, I spend a lot of time in Vail. Not only is it one of my favorite places in Colorado, it tops the list as one of my favorite places of all time. As a Colorado native, I have been heading up to Vail for over 40 years, and during that time, I must say the most outstanding lodging experience was undoubtedly arranged through Vail Realty, as they boast a myriad of inviting properties. The luxury and comforts of my home seemed to radiate from this elegant property and the accommodations were superb after a day of hard skiing. It is such a pleasure when you know that you have such a distinguished place to come back to to take a hot shower and have a few drinks after being in the Colorado snow all day. I am singing Vail Realty’s praises, as I plan my next stay with them; I highly recommend their properties to anyone looking for a getaway to Vail Country…

BOOK WITH THE BEST-Vail Realty. Vail Realty has a large range of properties to meet everyone’s needs. I have skied in Vail for 8 years and used Vail Realty every time. Every property is beautifully maintained. The locations are terrific. I have stayed at Northwood’s right on the slopes at Golden Peak, Texas Townhouse just steps from Vail Village, 9 Vail Road has many room options and Villa Cortina is very well appointed. All options are within walking distance to lifts and Vail Village.

Andrew and Bart as well as all the people at Vail Realty are great to work with. They help and answer all your questions and make the reservation process seamless. They are available to assist you throughout your stay.

I have used other agencies and can tell you to BOOK WITH THE BEST in Vail Village and that is VAIL REALTY.

First Class Service. for the past 10+ years Vail realty is the only Real Estate company my family and friends have used in the valley. Service is first class and the quality of units in places like 9 Vail road and Northwoods are both convenient and great values for the money. Friendly and Helpful. I ski in Vail every year and enjoy staying at 9 Vail Road and Villa Cortina. They are close to LaBotega, a wonderful Italian Restaurant and I enjoy the walk through beautiful Vail Village. I can call the office and they suggest a car/shuttle service and the best discounts on lift tickets. I have always gotten great service and recommend them highly.

Excellent Service. My family has rented condos in Vail from Vail Realty for 30 years. Bart and Andrew Cuomo and their associates have always provided us with top notch accommodations. Their goal is to make your ski vacation as fun as possible. Vail Realty can offer sugestions on places to eat, where to rent skis, help with airline/car transportation, or just about any other service you may need in order to make your trip more enjoyable. Convenient, Clean, Variety, Responsive. I was recommended to Vail Realty a couple of years ago and they are my first stop when looking for accommodations in Vail. The staff really works to understand your needs and find you the best value. I have stayed in several 9 Vail Road, Villa Cortina and Vorlaufer that I remember the names of. In addition the places are always CLEAN and well maintained. If I have to leave a message when calling, it is always returned quickly and the office is very convenient across from the Tap Room near the Vista Bahn. Top notch organization!!
