Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.

You shouldn't list this under Mexican. Shouldn't even list it under food.... You should not list this under Mexican food. I am not sure that it counts as food. And food should not be prepared with caulk guns and spackling trowels.

quick, but not the best. Taco bell will certainly fill you up, but if you're in the Vail area with a taco craving, I recommend you spend the extra time to sit down at the Coyote Cafe. They don't cost much and are delicious. Save the Bell for when you're running late.
